One of the best thing I discovered through bloggers/vloggers is this beautiful package of blue tin bottle which I would describe it as a toner, or they said it is a toner. Well, it's not just a toner to me because it's the first toner that I have used which has a mattifying effect. I used it after I cleanse my face and it helps to mattify my oily face at that time. It also acts as a layer of protection between the skin and whatever shit that you will put on your face or dust and pollution. Brilliant. I would recommend this to people who has an oily face to use it, not so for the dry skin people, it might dry the hell out of them, so no no to dry skin.
